When can I expect to receive my print?

Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of your print*. All prints are custom prepared specifically to your order. Upon receiving your order, I prepare the image file for printing and place an order with my professional printer. I will typically receive your print within 2-3 weeks at which point I will sign and number the print before sending it to you.

*Acrylic face mounted prints may require up to 6 weeks for delivery since this display method requires additional time for mounting the print after I have signed it.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to the continental US is FREE! For international customers, please contact me prior to making a purchase.

I have a custom display in mind. Do you offer customized print sizes for unique display options?

Of course! I love working with customers to create unique display options. Please contact me with any special requests or ideas you may have for customizing prints for your space.

What kind of camera do you use?

I currently use a Sony A7R IV, a variety of Sony lenses, and various filters including circular polarizers, neutral density and graduated neutral density filters.

Do you accept returns?

While I am confident you will be more than happy with your new print, if you are not satisfied, you may return the undamaged print within 30 days. Once I’ve received and inspected the return I’ll issue a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs. For more information, please see the shipping and returns information.
