Shipping Information

All prints are custom prepared specifically to your order. Upon receiving your order, I prepare the image file for printing and place an order with my professional printer. I will typically receive your print within 2-3 weeks at which point I will sign and number the print before sending it to you. Therefore please allow up to four weeks for delivery from your date of purchase (with the exception of acrylic face mounted prints*). Shipping costs are built into the price of the prints therefore there is no added shipping cost upon checkout. Prints will be shipped via UPS.

*Acrylic face mounted prints may require up to 6 weeks for delivery since this display method requires additional time for mounting the print after I have signed it.

Returns

I am committed to offering only the highest quality photographic prints. Working with only the best professional printers, I inspect every print only signing the image when I am confident you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your print to arrange a return and full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.
